3. Legal Status and Regulatory Compliance
3.1 Licensed Travel Agency
Royal Bay Tourism LLC is a duly licensed travel agency operating within the United Arab Emirates. We comply with all applicable regulations issued by the UAE Department of Economy and Tourism and relevant free zone authorities.
3.2 No Government Affiliation
Royal Bay Tourism is an independent private entity. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government body unless explicitly stated in writing.
3.3 Consumer Protection Commitment
In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, we are committed to transparent pricing, clear disclosure of all terms before booking confirmation, fair handling of cancellations and refunds, and provision of accurate service descriptions.
4. Role of the Company – Agency Disclosure
Your legal contract for the actual travel service is directly with the Supplier. Royal Bay Tourism facilitates the booking but does not operate, own, or control any travel service.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Royal Bay Tourism is not liable for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, delays, cancellations, quality of service, or any other issues caused by Suppliers.
5. Bookings and Payments
5.1 Booking Confirmation: A binding contract exists when you provide accurate information, make payment, and we issue a booking confirmation via email.
5.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) including applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
5.3 Payment Terms: Accepted payment methods: [Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash]. You agree not to initiate chargebacks for properly delivered services.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
Because Royal Bay Tourism acts as an agent, cancellation and refund policies are primarily determined by each Supplier. You are bound by the Supplier's terms disclosed before booking.

Royal Bay Tourism Administrative Fees: 10% of total booking value or AED 100 (whichever is greater) for cancellations; AED 50 per modification request.
7. Force Majeure (Article 273 of UAE Civil Transactions Law)
Under Article 273(1) of the UAE Civil Transactions Law: "In bilateral contracts, if a force majeure arises that makes the performance of the obligation impossible, the corresponding obligation shall be extinguished and the contract ipso facto rescinded."
Force Majeure events include natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government travel bans, strikes, and severe weather. We cannot guarantee full refunds in such events.
8. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), appropriate visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements. Royal Bay Tourism is not liable for any loss due to your failure to comply.
9. Travel Insurance – MANDATORY
10. Health, Fitness, and Special Requirements
You must disclose any medical conditions affecting your ability to travel. Royal Bay Tourism reserves the right to refuse service where participation poses a safety risk.
11. Liability – Limitation and Exclusion
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Royal Bay Tourism's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total service fees actually paid to Royal Bay Tourism for the specific booking. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Royal Bay Tourism against any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or inaccurate information.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site is the exclusive property of Royal Bay Tourism LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Royal Bay Tourism collects and processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
15. Customer Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes, or to make chargebacks for properly delivered services.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Internal complaint procedure: Contact us in writing within 30 days. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Department of Economy and Tourism – Consumer Protection. Governing law: UAE, with exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
17. Modifications to Terms
Royal Bay Tourism reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
18. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with booking confirmations and Supplier terms, constitute the entire agreement.
